Fresh squeezed lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil make the perfect marriage. They make a wonderfully simple and light addition to any salad type.


1/2 cup premium extra virgin Giangrandi Delicate or Medium blend olive oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
Finely grated zest of 1 lemon


Mix the salt and minced garlic together.
Mix Giangrandi extra virgin olive oil with the lemon juice.
Add the salt and garlic mixture to the lemon juice and olive oil in a tightly closed container.
Shake until well mixed, and the fresh salad dressing is ready to be served.
Sprinkle the lemon zest on top of the salad instants before serving.
